The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police uniform is set to undergo a significant transformation. The Inspector General of Police (IGP) has issued directives to implement the Police Uniform Regulations 2026. According to the IGP, police personnel have complained about not receiving uniform allowances, and the new regulations will ensure that the color, design, badges, shoes, and cap of the uniform are uniform across the province. The regulations also state that police personnel in newly merged districts will have the same uniform as those in other districts. The new uniform regulations will come into effect on July 1, 2026.
