According to property documents registered in April 2026, Pooja and her husband, Hitesh Prakash Dadlani, purchased the three apartments in the Vrinda Building on Carter Road for 38.21 crores. The development is still ongoing, and the units are located on higher floors. Each apartment spans 1,511.15 square feet, with an additional 81.16 square feet of balcony space. This brings the total living area to 4,776 square feet.
The three apartments, purchased by Pooja and her family, are expected to be completed by December 2028. Pooja, who has been with Shah Rukh Khan for an extended period, is one of the highest-paid celebrity managers in India. She handles Khan’s professional affairs, brand deals, and public appearances.
In 2023, Shah Rukh Khan visited Pooja’s newly renovated home in Mumbai, which she shared on her Instagram, showcasing beautifully designed interiors designed by Gauri Khan.
