Her mother, Jazzlyn Price, said her daughter Harmoni is both autistic and nonverbal. HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — A woman killed during a police chase in southeast Houston was hit by the driver who was running from officers, according to police. The driver is still on the loose after the chase ended in the 3400 block of Rebecca Street, near the I-610 South Loop interchange with SH-288 in the South Union/Greater Old Spanish Trail area.
