Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held a crucial meeting with a delegation of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) to discuss the country’s overall political situation and the ongoing legislative matters in parliament. According to sources, the PPP delegation briefed the Prime Minister on their reservations regarding the government’s legislative agenda.
Sources revealed that the Prime Minister has directed the government’s leaders to consider the opposition party, PPP, in the legislative process, fostering a spirit of cooperation and mutual understanding. The meeting was attended by key government officials, including Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb, and Minister of Law Azam Nazeer Tarar, among others.
Meanwhile, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI) chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman arrived at the Iranian Embassy in Islamabad.
