Andrabi made these remarks during an interview with Geo News, further stating that the claims of a Pakistani aircraft being shot down by the Taliban are baseless and false.
In the weekly press conference at the Foreign Office, Andrabi emphasized that Pakistan seeks to resolve all issues through dialogue. He also confirmed that there is no truth to the claims made by the Afghan Taliban regime. On the other hand, the Pakistan Air Force has reportedly carried out airstrikes on the Afghan military’s headquarters in Qandahar and two targets in the Mihmand Dara area of Nangarhar province.
A notice has been issued stating that unidentified flights will not be allowed to park at Karachi Airport. The recent Middle East crisis has led to a shortage of petroleum products in Pakistan. According to the Ministry of Information, the image shared by the Afghan Taliban regime is actually of a 2021 incident in Turkey, where a Russian aircraft crashed.
