Karachi, Pakistan – In a significant development, Rangers have apprehended a Bajaur resident, Dost Mohammad, who is wanted for his alleged involvement with the banned outfit, Fidayeen-e-Khawarij. According to a spokesperson for the Rangers, the suspect was involved in the 2020 assassination attempt on Assistant Commissioner, Nowagai, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The arrest was made in the Gulistan-e-Johar area of Karachi.

Rangers spokesperson confirmed that the arrested suspect was hiding in Karachi after the incident and was involved in planning terrorist activities with his accomplices at sensitive locations. The spokesperson also stated that raids are being conducted to apprehend the suspect’s other accomplices.
