To improve the skills and employability of young people, the federal government has introduced special programs, including the National Skills Development Policy. The policy aims to provide training, language skills, and certification to Pakistani youth who plan to work abroad.
The National Assembly has also taken steps to protect the rights of laborers. A committee has been formed, which will be chaired by the Law Minister, Azam Nazeer Tarar. The committee will also include the Secretary of the Cabinet and Commerce, as well as other members.
