Islamabad, Pakistan: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar has criticized the Judicial Commission’s move to transfer five judges of the Islamabad High Court to other high courts. In a statement, he said that the move is unprecedented as no high court judge has been transferred to another high court without their consent in the past 50 years. The move, he said, reflects the administrative control of the judiciary, raising questions about the impartiality of the decision.
