Saba Hameed emphasized that every child should learn their mother tongue, regardless of whether it is Punjabi, Pashto, or Balochi. She stated that if children learn their native language, it improves their mental growth and enhances their ability to think and understand.
The actress shared an example from her personal life, stating that her father was a renowned journalist who would often speak to his children in Punjabi at home. As a result, she and her siblings can still communicate fluently in the language.
Saba Hameed highlighted that language proficiency is beneficial for the brain and encouraged parents to connect their children with their culture and language.
She also mentioned that her own children are proficient in speaking Punjabi, which brings her immense pride.
