Actress Seema Jain, a close friend of Sudeepo, took to Facebook to express her grief and confirm the news. In a heartfelt message, Seema wrote that she had been fighting for Sudeepo’s life for two years but ultimately, God had decided that he should not suffer anymore.
The last rites of Sudeepo will be performed in his hometown of Thiruvallur on Friday. Kishore Sathy, a popular Indian journalist, paid his tribute to the late actor, saying that Sudeepo was a familiar face to audiences through television serials and had been battling cancer for some time.
