During the hearing of the case, Additional Sessions Judge Abbas Shah ordered the arrest of Sahibzada Sibghatullah Afridi. Bajaur Chief Minister’s son Sahibzada Sibghatullah Afridi said that “the court has adjourned the case till April 16, ordering that Sahibzada Sibghatullah Afridi be arrested and produced.”
