In the past week, 3.3 billion shares were traded, amounting to 203.6 billion rupees. The market capitalization decreased by 1.748 trillion rupees to 18.473 trillion rupees.
Following a decline in prices yesterday, gold prices rose today in the country. Analysts predict a 6.4% inflation rate for the fiscal year 2026. The 100 Index closed at 1,655,517 points yesterday. Ali Haider, the leader of the Lahore Stock Exchange Association, stated that the decrease in LPG prices has led to a decrease in prices.
