HOUSTON, Texas (KTRK) — Police responding to a stabbing call in southwest Houston discovered one person dead, officials reported on Friday evening. First responders from the Houston police and fire departments arrived at the 6700 block of Hillcroft Avenue near Bellaire Boulevard, following a report of a “cutting” incident outside a Walgreens. According to the Houston Police Department, one person was pronounced dead at the scene, and another individual, who may be the suspect, was taken into custody.
