A serial killer, involved in the murder of a woman and her son in Gujranwala five days ago, has been apprehended by the police. During the investigation, the suspect confessed to four more murders, including the murder of a three-year-old girl. The police said that the suspect had identified the location of the girl’s body, which was recovered from a canal. The suspect, a resident of the same neighborhood as the victim, had confessed to murdering a 14-year-old boy and a young man.
The police said that the suspect had killed the woman and her son with a sharp object and thrown the girl’s body into a canal. The suspect had cut the woman’s hair and escaped. The police had received a tip-off about the suspect’s whereabouts, who was traveling from Lahore to Karachi by train. The suspect was identified from a photograph sent to the train staff, and was arrested on the spot.
