Pakistani authorities confirmed that seven wagons of the Pakistan Business Train derailed near Muhammadpur in the Ghotki district of Sindh. According to railway officials, the Pakistan Business Train was on its way to Karachi. The officials stated that the derailment occurred due to a malfunctioning coupler.
The railway officials claim that the locomotive is returning and the train will be made ready for departure once the coupler is replaced. Sources reported that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leadership will hold a sit-in outside the main entrance of the Parliament House.
PTI leader Talal Chaudhry stated that the PTI is now playing the sympathy card, claiming that the party’s founder is hiding behind health issues after the failure of the February 8 protest. In response, Rana Sanaullah said that if the government, jail authorities, or any other institution inquires about the PTI founder’s health, it would be a serious issue.
The opposition leader said that they should come together one day, unite, and ask the government about the real culprit. “We are politicians, and we should stop fighting each other. We know who the real culprit is, and we will ask the government about it,” he added.
