The actress from Hustlers took to her official Instagram on Tuesday, posting a note of gratitude while displaying her ageless physique, highlighting fitness as her top priority.
In the candid post, the 55-year-old multifaceted talent first expressed admiration for her hardworking body; secondly, she acknowledged the people dear to her; and finally, she conveyed her thankfulness for life’s cherished moments.
“Gratitude check-in,” she started in the caption, accompanied by a mirror selfie where she was seen in a black outfit.
The star of Atlas, who recently finalized her divorce with former husband Ben Affleck, continued, “1. My body — working hard but still better than ever.”

In a past interview with W magazine in 2018, Lopez admitted that she never felt secure about her appearance during her twenties.
