Peshawar High Court Grants Ali Amin Gandapur Interim Bail in Two Cases Until October 25″**
The Peshawar High Court has granted interim bail to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur in two cases until October 25.
Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court, Justice Ashtiaq Ibrahim, heard the petition during which Ali Amin Gandapur appeared in court.
The High Court approved Ali Amin Gandapur’s interim bail in the two cases until October 25, instructing him to appear in the relevant courts by that date.
Gandapur stated, “We will move forward until we receive instructions from the founder of PTI.” Speaking to the media outside the court, he emphasized that they would proceed until directed otherwise by the founder of PTI. He mentioned that “D-Chowk is our destination,” and assured that arrangements for their return would be communicated, stating they are committed to protecting Pakistan’s constitution.
Following this, Ali Amin Gandapur left Peshawar for Swabi.
Gandapur Filed His Petition Today
It is noteworthy that Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur filed the petition for interim bail in the Peshawar High Court today.
The petition stated that cases have been filed against Ali Amin Gandapur in Islamabad.
In his petition, the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa stated that he wishes to appear in court but fears arrest.
The petition requested that interim bail be granted to Ali Amin Gandapur to enable him to present himself in court.
Ali Amin Gandapur also requested the court to schedule a hearing for today.
