New York: Saudi Foreign Minister Faisal bin Farhan announced that the Kingdom remains committed to the two-state solution for Palestine and is forming an international coalition to implement it, with the first meeting set to take place in Riyadh.
He made this announcement while addressing a gathering of foreign ministers from various countries in New York. Minister Faisal stated, “Today, in collaboration with Arab Islamic nations and European partners, we declare the establishment of an international coalition to enforce the two-state solution for Palestine, and we invite all of you to join us.”
While he did not provide further details about the international alliance, the Saudi Foreign Minister confirmed that its formation has begun. He condemned the devastating humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the severe human rights violations by Israeli forces in the West Bank, labeling the Israeli aggression as part of a broader policy of occupation and violent extremism.
Faisal bin Farhan emphasized that Israel cannot justify the killing of thousands of civilians, organized destruction, forced displacement, the use of starvation as a weapon of war, and sexual violence under the guise of self-defense.
