Nawaz said that the film city will offer state-of-the-art facilities, including studios, soundstages, and post-production labs, as well as a convention hall for international events and award shows. The project also includes a media trade hub and a film and music school, which will provide thousands of direct and indirect job opportunities.
The film city is expected to promote the creative economy and provide a platform for talent, technology, and business to come together. The project is a significant step towards revitalizing Pakistan’s film industry, which has been struggling for years.
