Bangladeshi cricket board has extended the no-objection certificate (NOC) for two cricketers, Naheed Rana and Sharif Islam, to play in the Pakistan Super League (PSL). According to the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), the PSL franchise, Peshawar Zalmi, and Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) had requested the extension of the NOC for the players. The NOC was extended for one day, until April 12. Both players were part of the friendly match between the two teams, where they also participated in activities such as horse riding and jet skiing.
The Bangladesh Cricket Board has now allowed the two players to stay in Pakistan until April 13 for Peshawar Zalmi’s match. Naheed Rana and Sharif Islam will join the Bangladesh ODI squad on April 14, which is preparing for the series against New Zealand.
In other news, the 21st match of PSL season 11 between Islamabad United and Hyderabad Kings was won by Islamabad United with a target of 154 runs.
