According to police reports, the unfortunate event occurred on Tuesday morning at a restaurant in the Saginaw area. The 48-year-old woman, identified as Kashara Brown, initiated a loud altercation with the staff over the delay in receiving her order.
Police sources indicate that Brown began screaming at the restaurant manager, repeatedly calling her a “liar,” and demanding an immediate refund. The manager reportedly handled the situation with composure, explaining that the customer had received her coffee and that the refund process would be completed within 48 hours.
