Zara Larsson, the 27-year-old Swedish artist, recently shared her keen interest in collaborating with Tate McRae. Larsson, who is currently supporting McRae on her ‘Miss Possessive’ tour, believes the ‘exes’ singer is “so talented” that she wishes to work with her.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at Capital’s Summertime Ball with Barclaycard at Wembley Stadium, Zara stated, “I would love to collaborate with Tate.” She added, “What if we like do this [Summertime Ball] on tour and make a joint album? I really would [love to collaborate with Tate]. I think she’s so talented.”
Tate’s “danceable” music has motivated Zara to hit the dance studio and refine her choreography for the ‘Miss Possessive Tour’. “I love her music, I love the fact it’s so danceable, and it’s something that inspires me a lot. So, I’m definitely going to be getting into the dance studio and rehearsing for the tour,” she exclaimed.
Furthermore, Zara, who won the second season of ‘Talang’ (the Swedish iteration of the ‘Got Talent’ franchise), confessed that she worries about becoming “mean” if she were to take on a judging role. The ‘On My Love’ crooner remarked, “Never say never. Maybe I would be a judge on a show like that. I think that would be quite fun.”
Zara Larsson concluded, “But I like to be nice. I don’t want to tell anyone they’re not good. So, I would just be the positive one, probably.”
