The 78th Annual EE British Academy Film Awards (BAFTA) honored talented filmmakers and actors with its prestigious masked trophies.
The star-studded ceremony was hosted by acclaimed Scottish actor David Tennant and featured major award categories such as Best Film, Leading Actor, Leading Actress, and Outstanding British Film.
Conclave won the Best Film award, while Adrien Brody took home the Leading Actor award for his role in The Brutalist. Mikey Madison won Leading Actress for her performance in Anora.
In the supporting categories, Zoe Saldaña won Best Supporting Actress for Emilia Pérez, and Kieran Culkin was awarded Best Supporting Actor for A Real Pain.
The Best Director award went to Brady Corbet for The Brutalist, while Kneecap won for Outstanding British Debut.
Wallace and Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl claimed victory in both the Best Animated Film and Best Children’s & Family Film categories.
For Best Original Score, Daniel Blumberg won for The Brutalist, while Dune: Part Two dominated in the Best Sound and Best Visual Effects categories.
The EE Rising Star Award, chosen by public vote, was awarded to David Jonsson.
This grand event celebrated excellence in cinema and honored the outstanding contributions of filmmakers and actors, with many A-list celebrities in attendance.
