Many roadways have reopened since Monday, but numerous traffic signals are still out due to power outages. Drivers should proceed with caution and treat all dark intersections as four-way stops.
The Houston Office of Emergency Management (OEM) is reminding drivers to be aware of potential downed power lines and debris on the road.
