Although Denmark is not a major trading partner of the United States, the U.S. imported about $5.7 billion worth of pharmaceutical products from Denmark in 2023, with Ozempic and Wegovy being significant contributors. If tariffs are imposed on Denmark, the cost of these drugs could rise, affecting American consumers.
