The community of Uxbridge in West London was shaken by a violent and tragic incident on Monday evening. A 49-year-old man lost his life, and two other people were injured in a stabbing attack.
According to the Metropolitan Police, the 49-year-old man received medical aid at the scene, but sadly, he could not be saved and died from his injuries. The two other people wounded in the attack are reported to be 45 and 14 years old, highlighting the shocking nature of the event.
Police responded quickly and arrested a 22-year-old Afghan citizen at the scene. Authorities stated that a Taser was also used to detain the suspect. He has been arrested on charges of murder and attempted murder.
