Tension gripped the Qambar Shahdadkot district once again as two rival groups exchanged heavy gunfire within the jurisdiction of Sajawal police station. The latest round of violence claimed three more lives, raising the total death toll to six.
According to police sources, panic spread across the area as residents locked themselves inside their homes while additional police forces were deployed to prevent further bloodshed.
Police spokesperson confirmed that Station House Officer (SHO) Rahim Bux Kalhoro has been suspended over negligence, and reinforcements have been called in to arrest those involved.
The situation remains tense as police continue search operations in the affected region.
