Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah stated on Saturday that the provincial government is working to provide power relief to the public on the instructions of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari.
Speaking in Sukkur, Shah said, “200,000 home solar systems have been provided free of cost. An additional 500,000 solar systems will also be distributed soon.”
“The people of Sindh have consistently placed their trust in us [PPP],” he added.
“We will approach the public in 2029 and achieve success,” he stated.
Sindh Cabinet Increases Age Limit for Government Jobs by 5 Years
Earlier today, it was reported that the Sindh Cabinet has approved an increase of five years in the upper age limit for government jobs. However, this decision will not apply to jobs in the Sindh Police and the Public Service Commission.
According to the spokesperson of the Sindh Chief Minister, the cabinet meeting was chaired by Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah and attended by provincial ministers, advisors, special assistants, and senior officials. Various agenda points were discussed, and significant decisions were made.
