MNA Sher Afzal Marwat alleged on Friday that Aleema Khan has been using YouTubers to target him.
Speaking on Samaa TV’s program “Mere Sawal with Absar Alam,” Marwat stated, “A YouTuber made a vlog targeting me at someone’s request. I was forced to choose between joining Aleema Khan’s group or Bushra Bibi’s group.”
He further added, “Aleema Khan currently controls the PTI’s social media group. She also oversees the aid received from the United States.”
Marwat claimed, “Aleema Khan used to send me videos filled with abusive language directed at me.”
“We had to endure behavior that was completely against human decency because of Aleema Khan,” he continued.
Marwat also stated, “Aleema Khan used to say hateful things, which is why I decided to distance myself.”
He added, “I filed a complaint with PTI founder Imran Khan about Aleema Khan. When I complained, 29 people appeared for the hearing.”
Marwat said, “The PTI founder had said that no one should take Aleema Khan’s calls. Imran Khan instructed them [individuals within the party] to block her number and refrain from interfering in internal party matters.”
“After that, these individuals openly turned against me. They were responsible for my expulsion from the party on three separate occasions,” he alleged.
“Thanks to Aleema Khan for getting me removed from the party,” Marwat sarcastically remarked.
He went on to say, “We tried to minimize our interaction with these people as much as possible.”
“Everyone was present at the secretariat during Ramadan. Barrister Gohar Ali Khan had asked to go home for Iftar, but Aleema Khan insisted he couldn’t leave,” Marwat added.
“I was a hero within the PTI before the February 8th general elections,” he concluded.
