Former Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi has emphasized the need for a unity government to address Pakistan’s escalating political and economic challenges.
Speaking on Samaa TV’s talk show ‘Nadeem Malik Live’, Abbasi stressed the importance of cooperation between the country’s political, judicial, and military leadership to formulate a consensus-driven agenda aimed at resolving Pakistan’s pressing issues.
He suggested that leaders from all key institutions should come together for a national dialogue to identify Pakistan’s core problems and agree on practical solutions.
“Talented and experienced individuals should be tasked with implementing this agreed-upon agenda,” he said, underscoring that a unified approach was essential for steering the country out of its current crises.
The former prime minister warned that without such collective action, Pakistan’s problems would continue to worsen. “Apart from this, there is no solution to Pakistan’s problems,” he added.
