Bollywood’s globally acclaimed superstar Shah Rukh Khan officially launched the first property venture to bear his name, titled ‘Shah Rukhz Danube.’ The inauguration took place at a grand event in Mumbai, drawing significant attention from both the entertainment and real estate sectors.
The elaborate ceremony was held at a five-star hotel in Mumbai, attended by Shah Rukh Khan and the Founder and Chairman of the Dubai-based Danube Group, Rizwan Sajan. With this launch, Shah Rukh Khan achieves the distinction of becoming the first Indian actor to have an entire international residential tower constructed and named after him.
Speaking at the event, the ‘King Khan’ shared his thoughts, noting that Rizwan Sajan preferred to hold the launch event in India rather than Dubai, a sentiment he fully supported. He said, “I also wished this because I belong here, and I want the lives of the people here to improve.”
Shah Rukh Khan described the project as a “great honor” and expressed emotionally that his mother “would have been very happy if she were alive today.” He voiced his hope that as the project moves forward, people will find their lives becoming more beautiful and improving rapidly. The venture sets a new benchmark for collaborations between real estate and celebrity influence, underscoring Khan’s vast global appeal.
