Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, is once again transforming into a global cultural hub as the “Riyadh Season” kicks off its colorful international cultural weeks at Sweidi Park.
This event, organized in collaboration with the Ministry of Media and Riyadh Season, is bringing together diverse cultures from around the world onto a single platform. Running from November 2nd to December 10th, the festival will showcase the cultural heritage of numerous countries, including Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Egypt, Sudan, Syria, Indonesia, the Philippines, and many others.
During these dedicated weeks, each country will present its traditional dances, music, handicrafts, clothing, and, most notably, its unique cuisine. Renowned artists from these nations will also perform for the visitors.
According to Riyadh Season officials, Sweidi Park has been fully equipped to provide a complete experience, featuring special food stalls, traditional bazaars, and various cultural activities. A separate zone has also been established for children, offering interactive games and activities to educate them about different world cultures.
Officials state that the primary goal of this event is to promote cultural harmony, tolerance, and mutual respect among the expatriates living in Saudi Arabia and the tourists visiting from across the globe.
