Despite widespread speculation, Apple is reportedly not cutting production for its recently launched iPhone Air, according to a new analyst report that contradicts previous claims.
Recently, multiple media reports suggested that the technology giant was scaling back production of the new device. Some claims even went so far as to suggest the phone was entering an “end of production” mode, sparking concerns about its market performance.
However, in a note issued to investors on October 26, the firm TD Cowen refuted these rumors. The note clarified that Apple is not reducing the number of iPhone Air units planned for 2025.
According to TD Cowen’s report, the production forecasts for October will remain stable. Furthermore, the forecast for the third quarter of 2025 stands at 3 million units, while the forecast for the fourth quarter remains at 7 million units.
