With the onset of Ramadan, rain and snowfall have been predicted for the federal capital, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Balochistan, while most districts of Sindh are expected to experience dry weather.
According to the Meteorological Department, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Murree, Galiyat, and surrounding regions are likely to encounter rain accompanied by strong winds during the night. Rain is also anticipated in Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Gujrat, Hafizabad, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Sahiwal, Sargodha, Khushab, Mianwali, Bhakkar, Multan, Dera Ghazi Khan, Layyah, Rajanpur, Rahim Yar Khan, and Kot Addu.
In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, areas including Chitral, Dir, Swat, Shangla, Malakand, Kohistan, Mansehra, Battagram, Abbottabad, Haripur, and Buner are expected to receive rain and snowfall. Rain is also forecast in Bajaur, Mohmand, Khyber, Orakzai, Kurram, Waziristan, Lakki Marwat, Dera Ismail Khan, Peshawar, and Charsadda.
Balochistan is also predicted to experience rain and snowfall in Quetta, Ziarat, Chaman, Mastung, Pishin, and Qila Abdullah, among other districts.
Meanwhile, the weather in the majority of Sindh is expected to remain dry.
