The case relates to the Enforcement Directorate’s investigation into the BittCoin scheme, which was a plan for investing and mining in crypto currency, and allegedly duped thousands of investors across the country. It is worth noting that Kundra and actor Shilpa Shetty have already faced allegations of a 60 crore rupee fraud, which they have strenuously denied.
