On Sunday, Be More Pacific Filipino Kitchen and Bar is hosting its annual Lumpia eating contest. The event, aimed at fostering community and supporting local small businesses, features eight contestants, mostly from local businesses. Last year’s winner, Seaside Poke, holds the record with 60 lumpias. The contest begins at 3 p.m. on Sunday at 506 Yale Street.
