The Punjab government launched the health screening campaign for special children on Friday.
According to details, Punjab Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazir and the Special Assistant to the Punjab Chief Minister, Maryam Nawaz, Sana Ashiq, initiated the campaign.
Special children’s campuses were equipped with surgeons, opticians, psychologists, and ENT specialists for their care.
On this occasion, Nazir stated, “The screening for special children has been started following the directives of the Punjab government.”
Meanwhile, Ashiq mentioned, “Electric wheelchairs and glasses are being provided to the special children.”
Prominent among those present at the event was Punjab Health Secretary Nadia Saqib.
