Prince Harry is facing criticism for seemingly generating his own problems, rather than opting for a more peaceful existence.
The Duke of Sussex has reportedly jeopardized his own “peace of mind” following his public admission about killing 25 Taliban members during his time in the Afghan War.
Royal expert Ingrid Seward wrote in The Sun, “Without seemingly fully considering the repercussions, Harry potentially signed his own death warrant. The Army was reportedly furious, stating that he had let down his comrades with his imprudent remarks.”
She further noted, “Much of Harry’s ongoing struggle regarding his personal security stems from this lapse in judgment. By disclosing his actions, he not only put himself at risk but also endangered others.”
Prince Harry stepped back from his royal duties in 2020, alongside his wife Meghan Markle and their son, Prince Archie. The couple later accused the Royal Family of displaying racism towards their son and openly shared their grievances in televised interviews. Harry and Meghan currently reside in California, where they have since welcomed their daughter, Princess Lilibet.
