Pakistan’s top law enforcement official in Sindh, IGP Javed Odho, has confirmed that SHO Khameso Khan Brohi bravely foiled a dacoity attempt in Shikarpur. During a press conference in Shikarpur, IGP Odho revealed that three suspects involved in the shootout with SHO Khan have been apprehended and are currently facing severe consequences. He emphasized that the remaining culprits will either be apprehended or dealt with in the same manner.
IGP Odho also confirmed that the ‘Operation Upper Sindh’ was initiated by the authorities, which aims to apprehend those involved in dacoity activities. In a statement, the senior official stated that those who resist the authorities will not be spared.
In other news, the opposition leader in the National Assembly, Maulana Mahmood Khan Achakzai, asserted that they will not withdraw their call for a protest on February 8.
