Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi, has extended his congratulations to the national team for winning the T20 series against South Africa.
In his statement, Mohsin Naqvi praised the players for their “wonderful performance” in the decisive third and final match. He specifically highlighted that “Babar Azam’s batting and Shaheen Shah Afridi’s bowling played an important role in the victory.”
The PCB Chairman described the win as the “result of teamwork, hard work, and a professional approach.”
Mohsin Naqvi also commented on the series’ success, noting that the cricket fans “enjoyed every match in a great atmosphere.”
Pakistan secured the series by defeating South Africa in the third T20 match. Babar Azam was named Player of the Match for his performance, while Faheem Ashraf was declared the Player of the Series.
