Peshawar, Pakistan – The Special Security Police (SSP) operations in Pakistan have taken a new approach in dealing with undocumented foreigners, according to Farhan Khan, the SSP spokesperson. In an interview with Geo News, Khan revealed that the authorities are now focusing on understanding the situation by visiting the homes of undocumented foreigners. He emphasized that the federal government’s policy is to repatriate all undocumented foreigners back to their home countries.
According to Khan, undocumented foreigners are required to obtain a visa from their respective countries, and the authorities are implementing the government’s policy. The SSP operations have reported that a significant number of undocumented foreigners have already returned to their home countries.
The SSP operations have also been affected by the governance crisis in the four provinces of Pakistan. According to the police, the incident in which four people were killed in a shootout at a Mominabad neighborhood in Karachi’s Mian Chowrangi area was related to a wedding ceremony in Peshawar and Khyber. Mohsin Naqvi, a senior police official, stated that those who deceive innocent people by sending them outside are not entitled to any leniency.
During a meeting with the police, it was agreed to hold joint celebrations to mark the 75th anniversary of Pakistan-China diplomatic relations.
