Pakistan’s Minister for Information, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, has announced that the country will soon have access to state-of-the-art cancer treatment facilities, with the opening of the Nawaz Sharif Cancer Hospital in January. The hospital will provide OPD and emergency services, and the Punjab government plans to establish modern cancer hospitals across the province.
According to Chaudhry Fawad, the hospital will be a boon for the entire country, and he cited the example of Field Hospital and Clinics operating in the country, where thousands of people are receiving treatment, and medicine is being made available to those in need.
