In a recent development, the spokesperson for the National Assembly of Pakistan has sent a fourth letter to PTI chief, Malik Ameen Duggar, on the instructions of the Speaker of the National Assembly. The spokesperson stated that the letter requests updates on the current status of the corruption cases, which are essential for the leader’s appointment as the opposition leader in the National Assembly. The National Assembly’s spokesperson further added that some of the cases involve the National Assembly Secretariat as a party, and once the required information is obtained, the appointment process can proceed.
