Pakistan has secured its second gold medal at the Asian Masters Weightlifting Championship, with Rashid Khan earning the top spot in the 90kg category.
The 50-year-old weightlifter achieved a total lift of 170kg to claim the gold medal. Previously, Maqsood Amjad Rathore had also won a gold medal for Pakistan in the same event.
Abdul Malik contributed a bronze medal, bringing Pakistan’s total medal tally at the championship to three.
