Ozzy Osbourne has recently expressed his belief that he might perish on stage during the last Black Sabbath reunion concert. The band is slated to perform their conclusive gig at Villa Park, as part of their “Back To The Beginning” event.
However, the Prince of Darkness is experiencing considerable anxiety about the performance, as he revealed to SiriusXM: “By hook or by crook, I am going to make this f***ing gig if it is the last thing I do. Well, it will be.”
“My head is crazy. ADHD, I have that badly. I will have done the show and died a death before I even started my exercises, so I try and put it on the back burner,” the War Pigs hitmaker added.
Ozzy recounted a conversation with his wife, Sharon Osbourne, detailing his pre-show worries: “I talked myself into blowing the gig. It was only two bloody songs. Sharon goes: ‘Just don’t think about it.’ I obsess about a bloody bird c*** on my show.”
Despite these profound fears, Ozzy has vowed to give the upcoming shows his “120%,” adding, “Believe you me, I still get stage fright. As soon as you get on stage, it’s like s*** or bust.”
He then quipped, “Ask him upstairs. In my case, the one below.”
This disclosure follows Ozzy Osbourne’s confession on SiriusXM’s Ozzy Speaks regarding the rigorous training he is undertaking for the “Back To The Beginning” gig, stating, “I’m in heavy training for this (Back To The Beginning Birmingham concert) that’s coming up.”
