Olivia Rodrigo is marking the one-year anniversary of her second album, *GUTS*, which was released on September 8, 2023. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 and has since earned critical acclaim.
To commemorate the milestone, the “Driver’s License” star shared a heartfelt message on Instagram. “HAPPY ONE YEAR OF GUTS!!! this is me today happy as a clam, grateful as hell. thank you so much for all the love you’ve shown this album the past 365 days. life is f–kin magical!!!” she wrote.
The album received accolades at several major awards, including the Grammy Awards, People’s Choice Awards, iHeartRadio Music Awards, and Webby Awards. Rodrigo accepted her iHeartRadio award virtually while on her *GUTS* World Tour, delivering her speech via a recorded video message.
“Hey, iHeart! Thank you so much for giving me this award,” Rodrigo said. She expressed her pride in the album and gratitude for the support, noting, “I am so bummed that I can’t be there with you guys to celebrate, but I am there in spirit and I am so grateful.”
