Noel Gallagher has just revealed that Oasis is scheduled to begin rehearsals soon!
As they gear up for their highly anticipated reunion tour, set to kick off in the coming weeks, Noel confirmed that he recently met up with his brother, Liam, who he described as being in “tip top form.”
This update came during the “Wonderwall” songwriter’s appearance on TalkSPORT, where he was discussing Manchester City ahead of their FA Cup Semi-Final match against Nottingham Forest.
Towards the end of the interview, the host, Alan Brazil, inquired with Noel about his involvement in the Oasis reunion tour preparations.
“I’m in the studio just noodling around. We’re getting ready for rehearsals to start now in about three weeks, and then, yeah, we’ll see what happens,” he replied.
The guitarist then commented on the behavior of the other Gallagher brother, Liam, revealing that he was “behaving himself” and adding, “I was with him yesterday, actually, he’s alright. He’s on tip-top form.”
These remarks follow recent sightings of both Liam and Noel arriving separately at a working men’s club in London.
In response to a fan’s inquiry on X, formerly Twitter, where he has been quite vocal regarding Oasis updates, Liam wrote:
“It was more a video kind of thing like a mini film and word on the street it was BIBLICAL I just get in n out I don’t hang around looking at the screen I’ll see it when you cats see it.”
