The agreement between the PCB and BCCI on the hybrid model for the Champions Trophy remains unsettled. Under the proposed format, Pakistan would host the group matches, but India’s matches would be played in Dubai. However, the BCCI objects to this arrangement, especially the proposal for the final to be held in Lahore if India does not qualify. As a result, the schedule for the February-March event is still pending.
