Nicole Kidman is slated to star in an exciting new series, which is a television adaptation of Eliza Jane Brazier’s novel, “Girls and Their Horses.”
As reported by Variety, the series is currently in development, with Jenna Lamia set to serve as both showrunner and executive producer. Eliza expressed her enthusiasm and gratitude for the project by sharing a screenshot of the outlet’s report on her Instagram.
“Biggest thank you to the dream team @legendary @blossomfilms @persaari @nicolekidman @jennalamiaisme @amazonmgmstudios —You are electric and have made this project stronger every step of the way,” she penned.
Eliza further added, “Massive thanks as always to @hilaryz for believing in me from the beginning and getting us here. Huge thanks to my book editor @therealpoetry @berkleypub for putting the work in on this one. Big thanks to @sarahbedingfield02 for early faith and cinching that book deal.”
It is important to note that while Nicole Kidman’s involvement in the adaptation has been confirmed, additional casting details remain undisclosed at this time.
Notably, this is not Jenna Lamia’s inaugural book adaptation; she most recently adapted Elin Hilderbrand’s “The Perfect Couple” for Netflix in 2024.
