Justin Baldoni is facing fresh accusations from an unnamed individual who is expected to testify in his upcoming trial with Blake Lively. In a sworn declaration, the person alleges “repeated, negative interactions” with Baldoni, including verbal abuse.
A source has confirmed that this individual is likely to testify in the Lively v. Wayfarer Studios case, which is scheduled for March 9, 2026, in New York.
This new development follows Lively, 38, filing a sexual harassment complaint against Baldoni, 41, in December 2024. She claimed misconduct on the set of their 2024 film It Ends with Us and alleged that Baldoni led a retaliatory smear campaign against her, which he has denied.
In the updated declaration, the accuser stated that they had requested Baldoni not be involved in the marketing or PR for an unnamed project. They also mentioned a meeting with Steve Sarowitz, a co-founder of Baldoni’s production company, Wayfarer Studios. A source has confirmed that the project in question was not It Ends with Us.
Attorneys for both Lively and Baldoni have indicated that both actor-producers plan to testify during the trial. In February, the Gossip Girl alum claimed that two of her female It Ends with Us co-stars had agreed to testify about their own experiences with Baldoni’s alleged misconduct on set.
